Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the successful coordination and tracking of professional services projects, including ensuring materials are ordered, technicians are scheduled, quotes are quoted accurately, required forms are documented and filed, and all aspects on service flow are addressed.


  • Schedule professional services projects directly with customers
  • Manage project calendar and internal resources
  • Manage project material lead times and availability
  • Coordinate and communicate pre-project details with end user clients and internal groups
  • Prepare and organize project documentation and sign off materials
  • Manage services section of Salesforce opportunities and oversee projects until they are complete
  • Provide regular project updates to the Sales department and send out monthly schedules
  • Coordinate return of excess material at end of project
  • Support Project Managers and Lead Technicians for successful project
  • Assist with submittals and project close out
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned


  • At least 2 years of project coordinator experience; construction industry experience a plus
  • Experience scheduling labor preferred
  • Experience in inventory control preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience and ease using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in technology and construction industries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and be resourceful
  • Detail-orientated and strong time management and organization skills
  • Proactive, creative and forward thinker, and comfortable taking initiative
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Solid interpersonal skills — ability to build rapport with others and a team player
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to follow directions and follow through
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
