Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Operations professional to join our fast-paced, dynamic organization. This position has a significant role in sales and operational support; and managing relationships with all other internal departments. An efficient Sales Operations team focuses on activities and processes to help ensure Mirapath performs efficiently; and in support of business strategies which are intended to provide superior customer service while delivering best of breed solutions.


  • Process sales orders on a daily basis.
  • Submit purchase order requests to procurement for products needed to complete sales orders.
  • Keep track and update status of each sales orders in ERP database daily.
  • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate daily outgoing shipments, both domestic and international.
  • Assist with receiving incoming items into ERP.
  • Generate packing slips and documents for outgoing shipments, including freight and international.
  • Resolve any international shipments issues and delivery schedules, negotiate pricing and terms with freight carriers.
  • Inventory management – usually performs count three times a year and researches to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports (outgoing shipments, internal credits, etc.) and provide analysis to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Sales Operations.  Reports include daily, monthly, YTD, and comparisons of key metrics.
  • Work closely with Sales/Operations/Shipping personnel to expedite high priority orders and ensure exit dates are met.  Monitors the automated order status report throughout the work day to proactively solve problems and expedite all orders from Sales to Shipping department.
  • Support sales team on other miscellaneous requests and tasks.
  • Serve as a backup to Procurement.
  • Cross training in RMAs.


  • BA/BS or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of sales operations experience
  • Experience administrating ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning), NetSuite a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume transactions environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid interpersonal skills — ability to build rapport with others.
  • Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, be resourceful.
  • Ambitious, with initiative and drive, wants to learn.
  • Strong work ethics and positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Detail- oriented and follow through.
  • Excellent with Microsoft office applications.
