Mirapath brought customers, technology partners, and industry peers together last August 27 for Customer Appreciation Event 2026, an evening dedicated to learning, connection, and celebrating the relationships we have built across the data center community.
CAE is one of the few opportunities each year to bring so many of our customers, partners, and friends together outside of a project or meeting. It creates space to exchange ideas, learn from one another, strengthen relationships, and have some fun along the way.
Putting AI Infrastructure Knowledge to the Test
This year, learning took center stage with High Stakes: AI Builds Beyond the Hype. The interactive team game challenged guests to put their AI infrastructure knowledge to the test through real-world decisions involving power, cooling, connectivity, deployment, scalability, and reliability.
A First Look at What’s Next
Guests also received a first look at more than 10 new products and solutions from Mirapath technology partners. Beyond seeing the technology, attendees had direct access to the experts behind it—creating opportunities to ask questions, exchange perspectives, and explore how emerging solutions could address the next generation of data center infrastructure requirements.
Our technology partners brought solutions and expertise that offered a closer look at where data center and AI infrastructure is heading next. Some of the products showcased in the event were as follows:

- PHS West — Solutions for safely deploying increasingly heavy AI servers
- Schneider Electric — AI-ready power, racks, ORV3, and EcoStruxure
- Leviton — STRATA high-density fiber connectivity
- Brinnova — High-density fiber, custom copper and fiber, and locking power solutions
More importantly, the people behind these technologies were in the room. Guests had the opportunity to ask questions, exchange perspectives, and better understand how emerging solutions are being applied to the infrastructure challenges organizations are navigating today.
Learning, Playing, and Connecting
The competition continued beyond the game show. Casino night brought everyone together for friendly competition, food, and conversation, while learning and participation came with opportunities to win coveted raffles and giveaways, including Meta Glasses, a Legrand KVM unit, Amex gift cards, a YETI cooler, and more.
But the most important part of CAE was the people in the room. Our customers and partners brought their curiosity, perspectives, expertise, and competitive spirit to the evening. Those conversations and connections are what make CAE an experience we look forward to each year.
For Mirapath, CAE is ultimately our opportunity to say thank you. It is also an opportunity to create a space where our customers and partners can learn firsthand about emerging technologies, engage directly with industry experts, and better understand what is coming next for data center infrastructure.
