This is a paid, part-time (20-24 hours a week) intern position, and the intern will work on a variety of projects to support Marketing initiatives. The Intern will assist with designing, creating and delivering marketing programs and will have an opportunity to learn/be involved in the following by the end of the internship:
• How Data Centers function and the products and services needed
• Social media and marketing communication efforts, including writing newsletters and blog posts
• Company branding efforts and how Net Promoter Scores (NPS) are used to promote branding
• Data analysis skills and how data is used in sales and marketing efforts
• Developing and executing digital marketing strategy

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Write a monthly blog and post it on social media to promote our brand
• Track social media activity and complete a summary report and analysis of the data including recommendations
• Assist with our ecommerce platform integration with our ERP (NetSuite)
• Review NPS and feedback received to garner understanding the voice of the customer
• Coordinate monthly raffle for customers who provide NPS data
• Assist in writing content for various marketing materials including newsletters, brochures, presentations, blog articles, press releases, email campaigns, etc.
• Assist with writing of website content and tracking of website behavior
• Coordinate customer events

Minimum Qualifications:
• Ability to work at least 20 hours per week (depending on work or class schedule)
• College student working towards a BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or technical field
• Motivated, driven and comfortable taking initiative to complete tasks assigned
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful and ability to adapt quickly to changing environment
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Familiar with photo editing and design software
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, marketing automation, CMS (WordPress preferred), SEO and SEM
• Experience with HubSpot is preferred
